Andrew is an experienced disabled professional with a proven track record of management success in the private, public and voluntary sectors. He now provides bespoke consultancy and training solutions for organisations seeking to make a significant contribution to the full inclusion of disabled people within their workforce and customer base.

Charles Ellis

Charles spent his career working in the NHS, the last seven years of which were as a board level director of strategic planning. During his career he was responsible for the estate function of a £200 million NHS trust. Charles has been a non-executive director within the NHS since November 2009.

Kristina Veasey

An integral part of the Great Britain wheelchair basketball squad for 10 years, Kristina is a two-time Paralympic athlete. She competed in both the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Paralympic Games. In addition to a bronze medal at European Championships, Kristina has since won two silver medals at World Cup. She retired from sport in 2008 becoming Amnesty International's Paralympic ambassador during the Beijing Games.
